Terms of Service

These terms apply between IZOL LIMITED, trading as Izol Academic Atelier ("we", "us"), and the student or the parent or guardian booking on a child's behalf ("you").

We teach Turkish to children and adults in individual and group lessons, online or face-to-face in London and Surrey. Lessons are tailored to your level and goals.

A lesson is booked once we confirm the date and time in writing by WhatsApp or email. Please make sure the contact details you give us are correct.

• Individual lessons cost £25 per hour. Group and corporate programmes are priced by quote.
• How and when to pay is confirmed to you in writing before your first lesson.
• We give notice of any price change, and it never affects lessons already confirmed.

• If you need to cancel or move a lesson, please let us know as early as possible.
• The notice required and any late-cancellation charge are confirmed to you in writing when you book.
• If we cancel a lesson, we will offer a new time or refund that lesson.

If you book as a consumer at a distance (online, by phone, WhatsApp or email), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from booking to cancel without giving a reason.

If you ask for lessons to start within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay for the lessons already given. The right to cancel ends once all booked lessons have been delivered.

• Lessons for students under 18 must be booked by a parent or guardian.
• A parent or guardian must be contactable throughout each lesson, and a responsible adult should be at home during online lessons.
• How we handle children's data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for a stable internet connection, camera and microphone. Lessons are not recorded unless agreed in writing beforehand.

Worksheets, readings and other materials we give you are for your own learning only and may not be copied, shared or sold without our permission. The text, images and branding on this website belong to us.

We teach with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

We may update these terms when needed. The current version is published on this page with the date shown above; lessons already confirmed stay under the terms that applied when they were booked.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
